chat just indicated to me... that client worksheets need to be 1st downloaded to my computer and then uploaded in order to get them to the "shared folder". I feel that may compromise client data! All client data should stay in the Intuit portal if at all possible - i send clients an email link, indicating their prior year worksheets are waiting for them to use in the shared folder. Those worksheets should either a) go directly to the shared (not firm) folder, or b) should be able to be moved/copied from the firm folder to the shared folder without downloading them first. ITO chat indicated that is not possible at this time. So now i have to download all client worksheets and then upload them to the portal... ugh
