Print text on top of 1040-X

Often there is a requirement to print a text on top of 1040-X, for example, when responding to a CP2000 letter (It is not always necessary to respond a CP2000 letter with a 1040-X, I am saying when it is appropriate). Current ProConnect can print on form 1040, but not 1040-X, hence this is request to implement the feature.

I know there are many other pending improvements, but this one seems easy to do and can go to the fast lane.
