This is ridiculous. ProConnect is making me purchase an Advance User option for $99.00 Please remove this feature from ProConnect. I have never used this feature nor will ever use it. I have always had Standard Access and only pay for the returns I need. I was on chat for over an hour trying to troubleshoot this feature to default to Standard Access. Now I have to wait until tomorrow morning to call Sales Support just so they can give me the Return I need to pay for. Strongly advise to remove this Advance Access Feature and revert to last year's ProConnect options.
