Non Year Client Documents

In the document section, documents are associated with a tax year. Can we add a Non Tax year section to upload documents that do not relate to a single tax year? Some documents may be referenced throughout multiple years and it makes it difficult to have to search each year for it rather than a section that could hold all non year related documents. Would make the document storage much more complete.

Thanks for the idea to add a section for documents that don't relate to a single tax year. We are changing the status to "Open for voting" since it is no longer considered "New".
