Submitted by garland on 04-11-2022 09:00 PMOK, so i had to unlock the efiled returns because a new local tax filing was needed. That's a paper filed return... now i want to RE-LOCK the returns after that minor change. ITO chat says that isn't an option.
a preparer should be able to lock, unlock, and re-lock at will. At least users with #1 use.
