PROCONNECT
PROBLEM: Specifically, the list of tax forms being generated for a client must be on the INVOICE (See the GENERAL INFORMATION report "Forms needed for this return.").
In December 2024 I migrated to ProConnect from Lacerte (over 20 yrs as client). I am a tax preparer, accountant, and IT software tester (Intuit Quicken/QuickBooks/Payroll and a corporate programmer/database mgr.).
I am DISAPPOINTED that the INVOICE form is not adequate and requires a lot of manual input.
Since ProConnect is eccentially replicating the forms that Lacerte uses (plus improvements), Invoice generation should have the same capabilities at a minimum as Lacerte.
Perhaps the INVOICE should also be changed to a TEMPLATE, so that KEYWORDS can be used to customize it.
I can volunteer to test changes, if needed!
