Form 8621 list, input and review improvements

can form 8621 be set up in proconnect so that the the following occurs:

1. can 8621's be listed in the name of the PFIC, both in the input screens and when viewing forms, currently program lists in the name of the taxpayer.  When dealing with numerous form 8621's it is almost always impossible to go find specific PFICs when a change or update needs to be made the only thing the list shows is the taxpayer's name over and over again.  I need to keep track of each PFIC based on numbers outside of proconnect. 

2. when creating a new form 8621 can proconnect be set up so that the taxpayer's information automatically populates, so that only the PFIC information needs to be entered.
