Feedback forms

Rose S

This is not specific to a software change, but I was looking for a platform to post this.

Intuit sends feedback forms maybe for the tax software or accounting software and but the way the questions are drafted it does not help express what needs to be conveyed. I got a survey form yesterday for Proconnect, when I clicked on the link the document needed permission to access, but because it was a no reply email there was nothing much I could do. Infact, I was looking forward to complete the survey to share ideas.

Today I got one for Quick-books the questions were so insensitively specific that the moment I clicked no to one it immediately said I am not eligible for the survey. I think whoever makes these surveys needs to be more involved and aware of user end needs and details.

Hot Tub is Ready

Invoicing

I understand that this feature is new this year, but come on Intuit.  This should be working.  You don't have Congress making a change for this.  Your bugs should be all gone by now.

1.  I expect that I'll be able to generate an invoice like Lacerte (yes, I'm a former user).  So, I setup the cost per form to $0.  And then at the actual invoice, I'll override with my amount I want to bill.  It doesn't work.  The forms used in the return don't generate, and the box for a total, is inaccessible.

2.  I have put in my business name, address, phone # and email address.  I should not have to do this for each taxpayer and each invoice.  That's ridiculous.

3. I added one more line to the notes.  That never ever came out on the PDF that I generated.

4.  You don't have the ability to add state forms.  What?  I expect more from Intuit.

This is a piece of garbage right now.  Get it together.  I've got time, as I can't complete the returns, as all of the forms haven't been approved.  That means you have some time yet to get this up to speed.

And I have no idea why it says Hot Tub is Ready.  I'm Stephanie Loose, CPA.
