Expand Preparer Information Fields for Full Form Integration

The current preparer information setup only partially syncs across forms. Key fields—such as fax number, state(s) of registration, and state ID numbers—are missing. As a result, preparers must re-enter information manually for related forms (notably Form 2848), which defeats the purpose of having centralized preparer profiles.

Having only half the required information populate while the other half requires manual input creates inefficiency, increases error risk, and interrupts workflow.

Proposed Improvement

Enhance the preparer information profile to include:

• Fax number
• State(s) of registration
• State preparer ID numbers (with support for multiple states)

Ensure these fields fully sync across all applicable forms, including but not limited to Form 2848 and related authorization or representation documents.
