Entering City wages and taxes on W2 tab

When I am entering tax clients w2 information, each time I get to the city information box, if I have not selected a city on the profile tab it makes me leave the W2 screen and exit out. I have to add the city in the profile. Then I have to go back into the W2 input tab. Would it not make more since to allow the tax preparers to utilize a drop down box or add city function in the w2 input area. Seems very inefficient.
