DocuSign Updates

DocuSign needs to be updated when a return is rejected. When a return is rejected and a return is edited/unlocked, it should invalidate the docusign and credit back the signature. It should not be counted as a valid signature because if there is a change to the return it requires the client to rereview. The process of docusign must be updated. Its a compliance issue.

I'd have to disagree with you here. You've used the service. It is not Intuit/DocuSign's fault that the return was messed up and needed to be redone. You've still cost them something. It might not be their fault either, but that is part of the game.
