Dailly Link Summary Email NEEDS to show any clients who uploaded documents to Shared Folder

Geez... I have a client who uploaded ALL his tax documents and tax organizer to the "shared folder", not using the documents checklist. HIs tax documents have been just been sitting there. 

Tax preparers now in ITO get no notification if clients upload any documents in the shared folder.

That's not great. Intuit ProConnect needs to upgrade the Link notification email ASAP to include any new documents uploaded from clients to the shared folder. We need to know!

Just spoke with ITO chat - they say that the program does not notify preparers of any new documents uploaded to the shared folder. Chat said they couldn't make that recommendation, but that other users had the same complaint.

Chat just said that yes, I have to go through every client in progress in Link to see if any documents were shared. That's not good. Come on ITO - make the change. thx!

Clients should also be notified when their preparer uploads a document to share!!! Now, i must manually email a client if i share a documents, custom engagement letter, or invoice.
