Create an audit trail accessible by Proconnect users & not just support agents

Please create an audit trail feature that would allow Proconnect users/admin to see in detail (at minimum) what returns were worked on & by which user, and what returns were created, copied, printed, deleted, etc. 

I recently spent an hour on a chat trying to solve a mystery I couldʻve solved in a few minutes if I had access to a feature like this. Tech support had to search at length for me (why? itʻs all my activity!), which is why the chat took an hour. If Proconnect had this feature, it wouldʻve saved me & the poor support guy an hour of our time.
