Check Box to Force Print the K-3 inputs

I'm having issues printing a full K-3 in a partnership return when there is only US Sourced Income and no foreign partners. I'm suggesting a box we can click to force The K-3 inputs to print and even pick which Parts are marked yes at the top of the K-2/K-3 even though foreign income or foreign partners are not present. 

The Partners in the partnership have requested the forms be printed and it has been very hard to generate and print all of the information correctly - I can get parts of it to print, but not all of it.
