Only Primary Admin has access to "Invoice via Quickbooks" for a return. People with roles like advanced tax with books can manually invoice. But the streamlined approach of "Invoice Via Quickbooks" should be available to anyone with "Sales" access in their role. Instead they have to launch quickbooks online, go to sales->invoices, click on new invoice, and find the customer. W
