Ability for PTO to eFile CF-1040 (Michigan City Common Form)

The Common Form CF-1040 is for major cities of Albion, Grayling, LANSING, Portland, Battle Creek, Hamtramck, Lapeer, Saginaw, Big Rapids, Highland Park, Muskegon, Springfield, Flint, Ionia, Muskegon Heights, Walker, Grand Rapids Jackson, and Pontiac.  It needs to be filed when you work or live in any of these cities.  

These cities already accept electronically filed returns and other softwares can do it, so I urge Intuit to update their system to allow for this form to be efiled.   TIA

I'm a new Proconnect user and was able to e-file Grand Rapids with Drake. Is this really not possible with Proconnect?
