Why isn't my CA withholding from a 1099-R not flowing to my Form 541? I have entered everything needed in the electronic filing section (Payer #, etc.) but no luck.

Never mind...I deleted and then re-entered the Payer.  That fixed it!

If it isn't not flowing that means it is flowing; so no problem.
