Why is Form 3468 in draft form in 2022 ProConnect Software? Is there a timeframe on when this form will be ready for e-file purposes?

Why? That's an easy question - because of Intuit.
According to their form availability checker, it'd normally be "released within ten days of final version availability" but the final version was published by the IRS on Feb 3, I believe. If I were to guess, they're late but it should be released soon.
