Was your client a nonresident or part-year resident?
What entries do you have under General > Client Information, for the Resident Status section?
Where exactly did you make your input for dates?
Did you enter anything under State & Local > Part-Yr./Nonres. Information > CA Part-Year/Nonres Info for the line Residency: 1=nonresident, 2=part-year resident, 3=resident [Override]? If so, what was your input?
