ProConnect Tax uses the same Lacerte engine. When did you try to e-file the return? A fix was released yesterday evening to both Lacerte and ProConnect Tax. If you were in ProConnect Tax at that time, you would have been prompted to refresh. If you did not refresh but tried to e-file the NY return, that could well have been the cause of the rejection.
In case you tried to e-file today and still has this problem, please come back as it will then need to be flagged to the Community Managers.
