Where do I enter K1 16AA and 16AB?

Proconnect says to enter them in "Other Schedule K1items, Foreign Transactions section", but where in this section do I enter these? Again, it is Box 16AA and 16AB.

Hold your mouse over the entry box for 16 and you should get 

Have a copy of the partner's instructions for the K-1 with you to aid in entry. I believe you will find out in time that unless there is tax paid or tax withheld, you do not need to make any entries for this line.
