When I choose Prep for Taxes, for a client, no data is presented to work with. Just zeroes. Like there is no GL to pull from.

Hi @Choshman , you have to map the actual G/L accounts to utilize the feature. Please review this article for instructions: Prep for Taxes . If you still have issues with mapping, you can contact ProConnect Support and we will be happy to assist you.
