This is an ongoing issue over the tax years: I've logged into the taxes portal. It says I have 74 items to do. When I click on it, nothing happens. My tax guy already invited me to log in so why can't I access my To Do list?
Have you tried a different internet browser?
It might be because Intuit software isn't ready this early in the year. It is pretty much completely broken this early. I would wait until AT LEAST mid-January, but likely may be early February until the major bugs are worked out.

Intuit Link is completely live for the 2026 season. Our support line is 1-800-200-7599 and plesae make sure that you let them know that you are a taxpayer trying to submit documents through Intuit Link.
