The company(C corp) recently has obtained a new EIN because of new ownership. Then, which EIN can I use for the 2020 return, old EIN or new EIN?

You might need to dig a bit deeper into the facts.

A C Corp is its own entity. It doesn't change EIN, just because it has new Ownership, because the Ownership is Shares Held. If you bought all outstanding shares of Ford, you now own Ford.
