Hi, generally when you have an error saving it is one of two things: (1) multiple people in the same return or (2) the login has expired due to inactivity. Normally, if you refresh the screen, ProConnect will prompt the sign-in and then save your changes. However, if you continue to have this issue, please give support a call: ProConnect Support .
