The new roles have made it where Users have to have an Admin Privilege to use Link. Link should be available for preparers at all levels of the firm.
In order to give someone ProConnect Access, it's either All Firm Books Access or No Firm Books Access, or full-blown administrative access. This compounds the item issue with #1 above. I want all my preparers to be able to collaborate with Customers via Link, however I don't really want them to be able access the full firms QBO Books or Efile/Print Returns.
It appears that the new $99 admin user fee is forcing firms that properly utilize ProConnect the it's intended to either upgrade all users (which presents a ton of issues) or make the Admin user do a lot of the administrative work both on the front end and back end.
