I have a return that is rejected because the IRS says they had a Marketplace Insurance Plan. They did not. I went on the 1095-A and checked the box that says they did not have one. The return is still be rejected. Any ideas?

Hi @Tani, if you have already attempted transmitting with the indicator checked that they did not have marketplace insurance and it still rejected, the return would need to be paper filed. If you have further questions, please contact our support lines: How to Contact ProConnect Support .
