I have a client with 2 children under 16 who received the full refundable child tax credit in 2023 but zero in 2024. Since they appear to meet the eligibility requirements this year as well I am wondering why the system did not calculate it.
Has anyone had any glitches with Pro Connect that caused a similar issue? Or is there a reason my client did not qualify that I am not aware of?
