I am receiving a diagnostic saying my extension was rejected but it shows accepted. The ref # is US - Ref #58843. How do I clear this diagnostics?

Go to Profile, where the check mark has been entered for Extension, and uncheck the box for "Extension" 

This will erase the diagnostics.
