I logged in this morning to do a return and the file name is there but no returns under the client. I have done this client since 2019.
Make sure you grab old stuff before Nov 15:
Where do YOU keep copies of the prior returns? Paper files? Hard drive PDFs? In the cloud?
I have pdf copies always. Love the way Proconnect does the 2 yr comparison and I like to have things that follow clients year after year be automatically brought forward. That being said, this issue was caused by merging duplicate clients in QBO which merged them in proconnect as well. So his peronal returns were under his business.
Yikes. I knew there was a reason I didn't like QBO, now I know why.
