If you are talking about Link for Taxpayers, your client should receive the invitation shortly after you send it out from Link. If your client did not receive it, ask him/her to check the spam box and whitelist @intuit.com. If your client does not receive the invitation in a couple hours and has whitelisted the domain, you may like to resend it from Link.
