Hi there,

You need to enter the 1099-NEC income amount(s) on Income > Business Income (Sch C) > the Income Statement tab, in "Gross receipts or sales".

The "Form 1099-MISC/NEC for E-File Returns" input that's available on the SS Benefits, Alimony, Misc. Income screen is only used to report state and federal withholdings.

Great!  Thank you for the help.  I couldn't find a "link" or "upload to Sch C" button to save my life!

"I couldn't find a "link" or "upload to Sch C""

Because the gross income should be reported. Not just 1099-NEC, which is informational and only because certain customers paid your client at least $600, from a business. That isn't a tax form per se; it's proof that the IRS expects your client to be reporting business income, which will be all of their income and not just because an amount is on a 1099-NEC.
