That's easy - you can't.
In case you haven't heard, there's an IRS portal called Get My Payment. Your client can enter the bank account details there.
If you really want to "print" the bank account details, you can type those in manually outside of PTO and have your client file it on paper, which may be processed long after the IRS send him a check.
