Form 05-102 Not Populating

Is anyone on here a tax preparer from Texas that can help me figure out why the Form 05-102 is not populating into the Forms section of the partnership return that I am preparing?  I keep getting a critical diagnostic error message (Ref #2060255) stating that it needs to be included or Texas will reject the return.

I've gone through all of the steps that I can find, but the form will not populate.

Background:  The business is an LLC taxed as a partnership. One partner is an individual, the other is an LLC (both 50%).  The partnership owns two other LLCs. One is a Real Estate investment company and the other is a trailer rental business where customers can rent their trailers to haul things. Both of these companies began in 2025.  The first is based out of Utah the other is in Texas.  There was only other income during the year for the trailer rental company. No trade originating revenue.

What I've tried:
1.  Verified that the "Final Return" box is NOT checked
2.  Verified that the "Initial Report" box IS checked
3.  Tried adding $1 to the Gross revenue section of the TX Franchise Tax section
4.  Made sure that the Officer section includes an officer in the TX Section A Officer section
5.  Added the Short Period dates
6.  Verified that the entity type on the General section is an LLC with the federal classification as Partnership

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @AccountingExecs , Texas Franchise is hard to troubleshoot through here but let's see if we can get lucky :).  On the left hand side under State & Local -->  Other Forms ---> TX Miscellaneous Information.  Is that screen completed?

Nothing has been updated in that section.  It looks as though that is for foreign relationship checks, agents, etc.  Should there be items filled out in that area?

Hi @AccountingExecs sorry for the delayed response.  That section is only if applicable.  There is one other checkbox that could be the culprit.  State & local ---> Other Forms ---> TX Franchise Tax ---> Print Option Overrides ---> check the box for Print Form 05-102.

Kallana, thank you for your support. After trying your suggestion, the form did not populate, but I was able to find a solution after contacting the Intuit support (it took them a few hours to figure out).

The issue, for anyone who may run into the same problem, was that I had the number 2 in the "Veteran Owned" box.  The partnership is not veteran owned, so I thought that putting a 2 in the box to indicate "NO" was the correct method; however, including the 2 caused the form 05-102 to not populate.  As soon as I deleted that entry out, the form began to populate.

I appreciate your help!
