I know that I can use Form 8829 where there is a Schedule C for Self employed. Can I use this Form ? This Form asks for information from Schedule C  What do I do. How can the client get a credit for the use of her home for about 9 months.  Urgent. Thank your for your  help.Ruth E Weisman

Is your "client" an employee wanting to take OIH expenses?

If so, no go....at least for federal.  Some states still allow employee business expenses to be deducted.

And yes, on deadline day *everything* is urgent.
