Can you attach a pdf document to a return after it has been e-filed?

Can you staple another page to a tax return after you have dropped it off in the mail box in front of the Post Office?  Kinda the same deal with attaching pdfs.

Jeff wasn't rude & his analogy was completely on-point.

The correct answer is sure, you can attach a PDF after the return is filed (I think....)  BUT, you can't re-file that return so there really is no point to doing so.
