I have the same problem trying to Efile a tax return. I get an error message saying the Efile page won't load. It only happens with this one client. This is very upsetting and stressful like we don't have enough pressures filing these tax returns. I have the client set up for Efile too.

If this Efile page load problem continues I will have to switch to a new tax software and/or retire from this business. Tax software that malfunctions adds to the stress.

Hi @MikeyMiz89 and @Tink1 , payload data errors generally occur due to either (1) a large pdf attachment file, (2) attempting to efile a form where the screen has not been completed, or (3) an invalid character in an input field.  Common culprits are specialty state forms and city filings.  Please give us at ProConnect Support a call and we can help you locate, as well as, resolve the error to proceed with your efiling.

I think the issue here is that I amended a personal GA return, Form 500X. The federal amended return was e-file successfully but not able to e-file GA. I'll reach out to tech support for guidance.
