So I can't work, yikes!
I did a search in this place and found nothing. I did a Google search and found that several folks were having that problem three years ago. In their case it looks like it was a temporary glitch on Intuit's side of things. Before waving the white flag, I would try again a couple of times to see the if Intuit dog can actually play fetch today.
