I have been a ProConnect user since 2019. I did close to 100 returns this year. I got the renewal invoice at $60.95 per return. Without any breakdown by volume.. Flat price. When you go to the main ProConnect page it shows the following prices.

Am I being punished for being an existing customer?!

Might that be for new customers only?
