For interest, however, you will need to run the calculation offline and plug it in if you want to include that on the return.

Just in case you're asking about ES-tax penalty too, yes, it does compute it although annualization is more than a bit clunky and will need a bit of manipulation.

I'm answering based on ProSeries --   yes  look for  Late Penalties Worksheet

you can enter interest rates on the Worksheet or enter in Tools>Options>Miscellaneous   so it will pull when you open the Late Penalties Worksheet
