Erie county payment date extended to 05/15/2023 but date cannot change for debit payment. So is only way to pay between 04/18/2023 and 05/15/2023 is by check?

You cannot set a payment due date after the original due date. For returns that are affected by disaster areas, please refer to this link for more information:
