The software is not accepting the expiration date of my driver's license. I keep getting an error message on the expiration date. The issue date 12/04/2025 and the expiration date is 09/10/2033. The system keeps saying the expiration date comes before the issue date. Why is it looking at the month and not the year?
Hi @Andesi, are you referring to the driver's license entry on the Client Information screen with the box checked for Pay by Refund to use that input, or are you using the driver's license fields on the actual Pay by Refund screen? How to Contact ProConnect Support
I believe I just actually handled your return on a call, but just in case that was not you, please also make sure that if you are using the pay by refund screen that the box for "taxpayer driver's license is the same as the client information screen" is not checked. As that box is only used if you are not entering on the pay by refund screen to indicate to proconnect to use the client information screen.
