You can find the account information in General > Misc. Info./Direct Deposit > Financial Institution #1
If you've entered a different institution specifically for Ohio, you can find it by clicking OH in the Jobs row at the top of the Misc. Info./Direct Deposit screen. This screen is also where you will find the box that needs to be checked to allow direct deposit of refund for OH (under Ohio Direct Deposit of Refund/Electronic Payment)
Ohio allows direct deposit or direct debit for electronic filing only. Therefore, this information is transmitted electronically but does not appear on the IT 1040.
