I have several clients that live in an Ohio School district #8303 - Kings. Kings School District voters approved a 1% earned income tax in NOVEMBER OF 2025, effective January 1, 2026. After I input all the information for the clients into ProConnect, a Ohio Form SD100 is generated to be filed. NO SD 100 should be generated for District #8303 until the 2026 tax year.
ProConnect support says "MANAGEMENT" says there is nothing they can to do stopr the form from printing. But it is not only printing the form (THAT DOES NOT NEED TO BE GENERATED) but also in the client letter, filing said form is stated!
Has anyone experienced this in another year with a School District passing a new income tax AND ProConnect generates a return a year early!
Hi @Don Stuart5 , without seeing the actual return I will try to give you an answer here:
1) Ohio SD 100 only generates if you enable it on the Profile screen and complete the OH School District Tax (Form SD-100 screen). Currently district #8303 Kings is not an option in the dropdown for the form at all in ProConnect. It is only shown on the Client Information screen which does not impact the SD-100 form.
2) Based upon that information, if you are generating an SD100 form I would say to check to make sure that a different county has not been entered into the system.
However, if you need additional assistance please give ProConnect Support .
