I have a client that seems to be having an issue receiving the Intuit Link email, for whatever reason. I have walked through the checklist of common deliver issues to no success. Is there anyway of obtaining the physical link that I can email to them. Thanks!
If the taxpayer is not able to receive the email there isn't a way to get the direct link out of Intuit Link.
The taxpayer may need to setup a new email to be able to use the Intuit Link Portal.
