NYC State-Issued PIN

Client has an interim driver's license.

I can't seem to get past ProConnect error messages that requires I enter the NY State-Issued PIN of 8-10 digits.  I have a CID but don't know where to enter it on the NY tax return and if that is the correct solution.

Reading the error message, I don't think I can file until the new driver's license arrives.  But it appears that I can file an extension and send the money in.
