Does anyone else take issue with the new user roles for ProConnect and QBOA. The only choice we have now in order for our employees to have advanced tax access is to either 1. Allow them to also have full access to our firm's books (including payroll, A/P, financial reports, etc.) or 2. To deny them any access to the firm's books in which case, my staff cannot use any of the functions in QBOA (such as billing, receiving payments, etc). I can't believe my firm is the only one out there that has a problem with the new user role limitations. If anyone else has some new insight, I would love to hear about it.
