I have a client who can't connect via link. I have checked the email and that is correct but he keeps getting a message "can't find account."
In most instances with customer issues accessing link it is due to them not utilizing the link from within the invite email, which is what links them to your firm. However, if you are still having issues, please contact our support line for assistance.
