1120-S has a place to indicate that the business is closed at a certain date and this is the final return.
Does the 1120 C-Corp. have the same thing?
Incorporated in DE. Don't they just have to report to the Secretary of State and let them know? Does the DE return have that "final return" checkbox?
Question 2...Since the C-Corp has no assets and no profit in 2024, do I have to enter the stockholder's information?
Thanks in advance, Christopher

Does the 1120 C-Corp. have the same thing? Yes. General > Miscellaneous Information > Short year for deprecation, number of months and 2= final return and whatever else you think will complete the return.
