I am unable to authorize myself as a user on pro connect i check the box and it says an error occurred please try again at a different time. I am on an Android phone
Aren't you already listed as the Primary User, since you are able to sign into the program?
ProConnect is online but not fully compatible with mobile devices. (Although it works for the most part from personal experience, I wouldn't use it to do anything important or what may require heavy lifting. If I must, I'd use Chrome and Firefox as the mobile browser.)
